Monthly reports:

You will receive a monthly overview of what has been happening at your property. A look at the bookings made and breakdowns of your earnings over the months/years. We also send the guest reviews. 

Maintenance:

You will be notified of any maintenance done/required. Our dedicated maintenance team will be notified of any small issues upon cleaning and will be dealt with. Anything under R300 is on us and over R300 will be quoted to you first for approval on your account.  

Cleaning:

Photos after every clean will be communicated to you for peace of mind knowing your place is looking fabulous. Inventory checks will also be conducted during cleaning to ensure everything is still in order for your next guests’ arrival.
